Starting posting speaking practice test for me to grade today!

Good Afternoon Michael.
Today I joined to your online TOEFL program preparation. I took the exam 2 month ago the total score was 70 with R17 L18 W17 S18 and actually I need a good score in the speaking section (26). Do you consider that is it possible, I mean increase the speaking section 8 points and the more important question, what is the minimum time to prepare the exam with your method to reach this score. During these months after the result of the exam I’ve been procrastinating the decision to take again the exam just by one thing I have fear to fail again, I’ll appreciate your honest advice.
